By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. #### 1. Information We Collect We collect the following categories of information: **Information You Provide Directly:** * Account information (email address, username, password, and any other details you provide during registration or profile setup). * Payment information (processed by third-party providers when you purchase Gems). * Content you create or upload: prompts, Bot descriptions, characters, settings, and any other User Content. * Conversations and interactions with Bots (messages you send and receive through connected messaging apps such as WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, Discord, TikTok, etc.). **Automatically Collected Information:** * Device and usage data (IP address, browser type, device identifiers, operating system, app version, timestamps, interaction logs). * Usage statistics (how you interact with the Service, frequency of use, features used, Gems balance and spending history). * Cookies and similar tracking technologies (for analytics, security, and improving the Service). **Information from Third Parties:** * Data from the messaging platforms you connect (limited to what is necessary for integration and provided in accordance with their terms). * Information from payment processors or analytics providers. We do **not** intentionally collect sensitive personal data (such as racial or ethnic origin, health data, or sexual orientation) beyond what you voluntarily include in your conversations or Bot creations. However, since conversations can contain any information you choose to share, please be mindful of what you input. #### 2. How We Use Your Information We use the collected information for the following purposes: * To provide, maintain, and improve the Service, including connecting your Bots to messaging apps and generating AI responses. * To process payments for Gems and manage your subscription or premium features (faster responses, extended memory). * To personalize your experience and improve Bot performance. * To enforce our Terms of Service, including monitoring for prohibited content (illegal activity, CSAM, deepfakes of real people, etc.). * To communicate with you (service updates, security notices, support responses). * For internal analytics, security, fraud prevention, and debugging. * To comply with legal obligations, respond to lawful requests from authorities, or protect our rights and safety. **AI Model Improvement:** We may use anonymized or aggregated data derived from user interactions (including conversations) to analyze usage patterns and improve the overall quality and safety of our AI models. We do not use identifiable personal conversations for training without additional safeguards. You can contact us if you have concerns about this. #### 3. Sharing and Disclosure of Information We may share your information in the following cases: * With service providers and contractors (hosting providers, payment processors, messaging platform integrators, analytics services) who help us operate the Service — they are bound by confidentiality obligations. * With affiliates within our corporate group, if any. * When you make a Bot public — certain information (Bot name, description, public interactions) may become visible to other users. * In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets — your data may be transferred to the new owner. * To comply with law, court orders, government requests, or to enforce our legal rights. * To protect the safety of users, the public, or our Service (for example, when we detect prohibited content involving exploitation of minors or real-world harm). We do **not** sell your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. #### 4. Data Retention We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to provide the Service, fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy, or comply with legal obligations. Conversations and Bot data are retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for safety, legal, and backup purposes. You can delete your account and associated data through your account settings (where available) or by contacting us. #### 5. Your Rights and Choices Depending on your location and applicable law (including the UAE Personal Data Protection Law), you may have rights to: * Access, correct, or delete your personal data. * Object to or restrict certain processing. * Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. * Data portability (in certain cases). Since the Service is intended for users **18 years and older**, we do not knowingly process data of children under 18. If we become aware that we have collected data from a minor, we will take steps to delete it. To exercise your rights, please contact us at the email below. Security We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no system is completely secure. International Data Transfers Since our company is based in the United Arab Emirates, your data may be processed and stored in the UAE or other countries where our service providers operate. These countries may have different data protection standards. We take appropriate safeguards to protect your data during such transfers. #### 8. Children’s Privacy The Service is not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
